    I loved the warm, inviting atmosphere, friendly folk's that own this little cafe & the delicious food they served. My only complaint is that the meal is a little skimpy, especially for the dollar's paid. Think if they even added a handful of commercial vegetable chips & a couple of pieces of fresh seasonal fruit, customers would be happy & satisfied with the value.

    It was a cosy cafe with gluten free and vegetarian options. We loved the food and the drinks.

    Best gluten free carrot cake I've ever had and the owners are so damn sweet and kind. I always stop in on my way to Nanaimo or Parksville.

    If I could give a higher rating, I would! incredible food and people. My son was recently diagnosed as celiac, and these people went out of their way with advice and service! I definitely will be back. Treated us so well
